Challenge

CREATING A LINK BETWEEN TECHNOLOGY AND SPORTS EXPERIENCE: On the occasion of the Run Experience fair, organized on the sidelines of the Paris Marathon, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) — the event's technological partner — wanted to make an impression with a strong, interactive and innovative presence. The objective: to attract visitors to the stand, promote the technological universe of TCS and offer a memorable experience that echoes the values of running: movement, energy, surpassing oneself. But in an environment rich in entertainment and sports brands, it was necessary to stand out visually, promote engagement, and anchor TCS as an inspiring and accessible technological player.

Concept

TWO HOLOGRAPHIC DEVICES TO DRIVE TOWARDS INNOVATION: To meet these challenges, Holovisio has designed a tailor-made holographic scenography based on two complementary experiences: A fully personalized 86" 4K HOLOBOX: a fully personalized 86" 4K HOLOBOX: Dressed in TCS colors, this large format window allowed visitors to film themselves running on a white background. Their movements were then broadcast in the hologram, live or delayed, creating a spectacular and fun effect. Each participant could then scan a QR code to download their sequence and leave with a unique memory of the show, linked to the TCS universe. A device that was both fun, immersive and memorable, which generated a high level of engagement on the stand. A 270° holographic pyramid on a branched column: Designed to catch the eye from a distance, this pyramid projected a dynamic 3D animation highlighting TCS's digital expertise. Combined with a tablet broadcasting an explanatory video, it facilitated exchanges with the teams on site and reinforced the technological perception of the brand.

Résultat

A DYNAMIC STAND, AN INNOVATIVE IMAGE, A CONQUERED PUBLIC: Thanks to these two installations, the TCS stand was transformed into a real point of attraction at the Run Experience show. A constant flow of visitors, curious to test the holograms. A differentiating and engaging experience, in perfect harmony with the values of running and innovation. A strengthened image of TCS as an accessible and human technological player. And above all, memories taken away by the participants, extending the impact of the event beyond the show. The hologram is more than technology: it is a catalyst for emotions, commitment and visibility. And TCS understood that perfectly.
